Issue Summary

When comparing the values between the History tab on an issue and the Worklog tab, sometimes the Time Spent entries won't match the entries listed on the History Tab

Expected Results

Both Worklog and History must match the total of logged work.

Actual Results

There are differences in the number of logged hours between each other.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
