Ability to use ":" marks to add emojis when adding shortcut to Jira project left tab

      The pro-tip promotes the use, but is not that intuitive.

      Users need to use the right-click emoji search to actually add emojis there. Having this also showing on the tooltip will clarify the use by now.

      Consider enabling the ":" markup.
