Issue Summary

When cloning an issue that fails to pass a workflow transition validator, the error message is garbled and unhelpful.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an issue with no value in the Affects version field
2. Add a transition validator to the Create transition checking for a value on the Affects version field:
   
3. Attempt to clone the issue from step one
4. Observe error:
   

We couldn't clone WVT-41
[InvalidInputException: [Error map: [0]] [Error list:
[[affects ver]]]
Try again

Expected Results

A helpful error explaining why the clone failed.

Actual Results

Invalid error messages appear on the screen.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
