Issue Summary

Under project settings > Issue layout, the names of the tabs are truncated when having a big number of tabs added in the project.

Please, change it to display the tab full title as it does in the issue view (JRACLOUD-76039)?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project with several tabs on its view screen
2. Add fields to the tabs
3. Check the Issue layout tab (Under project settings > Issue layout)

Expected Results

The tabs display their full names in the tabs.

Actual Results

The tabs are truncated:
