It is important to have a notification sent to a the user or the Admins when a user is removed from the watchers list.

Use case:
Let say If we have added anyone from management as a watcher because of certain attention needed from them and someone remove them from the watchers list that might impact the business majorly. For this if i have option to get notified when anyone added/removed from watcher so that a user could take action accordingly.
