Currently select-list (multiple choices) custom fields have a certain width in the issue screens; however, when an option's character count reaches a certain number the options are displayed truncated and it appears that they only use half of the width of the field.

Please make it so that the options at least use the full width of the field without being truncated and if possible display the full extent of the options at all times.
