Summary

If we set the security level under team-managed and an addon needs to access the issue, the addon might not load the issue. For these reasons, we need a possibility to add the "Atlassian-addons-admin" under Project setting >> Access.

Or we should be able to add the role "Atlassian-addons-admin" under security level.
