Issue Summary

When we try to open a link within an issue in new issue view, the link does not open in a new tab rather it will open in the same tab. Specifically observed in Windows OS.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access any issue -> In the description/Comment, add an URL. Eg : www.google.com 
2. Press ctrl + mouse click (left click) 
3. You will see the link open in the same tab as of the Jira cloud site.

Expected Results

When clicked, it should open in a new tab.

Actual Results

Virtual keyboard is used to demonstrate, however this is the case with Physical Keyboard as well.

Workaround

Right click on the link -> choose "Open link in new tab"
