Issue Summary

Pinned field order is not preserved any longer for some users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pin fields
2. Observe that the fields are not pinning in the correct order and previously pinned fields are not in the order they were pinned in

Expected Results

Pinned fields show in the order they were pinned per Introducing Pinned Fields:

The order of the pinned fields is determined by the order you pin them in.

Actual Results

The pinned fields don't show in pinned order.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
