Ability to add ITSM "Services" field column when searching issue with "Affected Services" value

      Problem Definition

      At the moment, when searching issue with "Affected Services" value , admin unable to add the "Services" field to the column. Below are the example field would like to add to the issue navigator page :-

      • Tier
      • Service ID
      • Service Relationship

      Suggested Solution

      Ability to add the Services field to column in Issue Navigator page

      Workaround

      Users can get the data from the Insight Services schema.
