Custom icons in custom issue types are not displaying in email notifications

      Issue Summary

      When you use a custom icon in an issue type the notifications generated from it display a gray default icon instead of the custom one.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure a custom icon in one issue type
      2. Generate a notification

      Expected Results

      The custom icon should be visible in the notification

      Actual Results

      A gray default icon is displayed

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
