Summary

Currently, the new issue view doesn't offer the no format block as the old issue view used to.
Instead, it does offer the code block which serves with the same purpose of removing text formatting, however, it breaks lines and enumerates these, which in some cases might not be as desirable.

The noformat tag would also be useful for long text blocks since it adds a scrollbar within itself. In the new issue view long text blocks will expand across the issue view, which might make it harder to read issues for some users.

Suggestion

It would be nice to have both options in the new view's editor as we used to have with the old view editor.
