    Description

      Currently, there's not a way for a user to see all of their subscriptions.  Being able to do this will help them reduce email noise, and make important notifications less likely to be ignored.  See also https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Is-there-any-way-to-easily-see-what-subscriptions-I-am/qaq-p/712372
