Issue Summary

You can open links in a new tab with the shortcut CTRL + left click (CMD + left click on MAC) while navigating trough your browser.

Currently, smart links will not open a new tab when try to use that shortcut on Jira.

Steps to Reproduce

• Add a smart link to the issue's description (in the example below, there is one to a different issue, and one to Youtube):
  
• Try opening the smart links on a new tab with CTRL + left click.

Expected Results

Both the smart links and the non-smart link will open on a new tab.

Actual Results

Only non-smart links will open on a new tab.

The smart links will still open within the same tab you are currently at.

Environment

Replicated the behaviour on Windows with Chrome.

Did not replicate the behaviour on MAC (Chrome).

Workaround

Right click -> open on a new tab.
