Issue Summary

Average Time in Status gadget cant display the Statues that are in multi bytes characters ( Japanese, Chinese etc) correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have statuses in multi bytes character eg Japanese
2. On an English OS with an English browser add the Average Time in Status gadget in a dashboard
3. It displays the characters as square boxes

Expected Results

To display the statuses correctly

Actual Results

It displays statuses as a corrupted characters
