Currently, there is no option to show all existing teams on <sitename>.atlassian.net/people. You have to be a part of a team to display it under the "your teams" section, or you can use the search bar to search for a team.

However, there is no option to display all existing teams - even if you are a Jira administrator or site admin.

This would be beneficial when browsing/searching for a specific team within an organization.
