Issue Summary

Issue view - Dropdown menu loses frame and goes over the Comment section

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Custom field (Select List (single choice))
2. Add several options around 10 of them
3. Add the field to the issue view of a Project, in the General section or as a Tab

Expected Results

Options from the field should maintain the position in the issue view screen

Actual Results

The selectable options get moved over the Comments section and unable to use:

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
