As an admin when importing issues there might be times when needing to update the issue history information is required in order to address things that weren't moved/copied accordingly, which consequently might affect reports using the issue history data.
Thus, as an admin we'd like to have the ability of modifying the issue history tab (e.g.: add entries, change order, remove entries, etc)
