Issue Summary

When we try to create an issue from MS teams, if we type in any project that is not present in the drop down list then the Create issue screen gets stuck as the issue types are not loaded.
 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click "Create issue" in MS teams
2. Do not select any project from the drop down list presented. Instead type a project name that is not present in the drop down list.

Expected Results

Create issue screen should load.

Actual Results

Create issue screen gets stuck in a loop.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Notes

Same behaviour is noticed for Creating custom filters as well. If we type a project name which is not part of drop down then no filters are loaded.
