      Issue Summary

While we know that "Regenerate Notes" option would only work when the Layout is changed and not when the Format is changed, it's misleading for the users as they would wait until the button turns clickable.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Release Notes page.
      2. Change the Format from HTML to Markdown or vice-versa but the "Regenerate button" is still greyed out. (Its Just a UI issue but the format changes in the background)

      Expected Results

Regenerate Notes button should be either clickable or should not be present or else it creates confusion among users that something is incomplete.

      Actual Results

"Regenerate Notes" is greyed out even after changing the Format but only activates when the layout is changed.

      Workaround

Switch between the different Layouts to activate the button and regenerate the notes.
