Quick search with Issue key does not work on business projects

      Issue Summary

      Quick search does not show results based on issue key for as you type feature. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1: In quick search box, start typing the issue key. 
      2. Step 2: The results will have NO Results found entries.

      Expected Results

      The issue appears on as per the search.
