The notification helper does not account for notifications being sent to 'Component Lead'

      Summary

      At present, the notification helper (part of the admin helper plugin) doesn't take 'Component Lead' into account. So if a notification should be sent to the component lead then the user will not realise this. Could we please add 'Component Lead' to the notification helper?

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Configure SAMPLE project with a component named component:
      2. Configure a notification with all component lead set to all events
      3. Create an issue with the component(eg. SAMPLE-232):

      Expected Result:

      Notification Helper should show that user admin receive notification for any event for that issue.

      Actual Result:

      Notification show that user cannot receive any notification for that issue:

      Workaround

      There is currently no workaround for this issue.

            Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira users.
