Issue Summary

Components aren't fully displayed when the text is too long. 

The users are not able to see the whole name either by clicking and activating the field or by hovering on the component. The only workaround at the moment is by clicking the component and opening the JQL filter which shows the whole text in the search bar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a component with a long name to an issue.
2. See how the component name gets truncated.
3. Hovering over the truncated name does not show the full name of the component 

Expected Results

Hovering over the truncated name should display the full name of the component. 

Actual Results

Hovering over the truncated name does not display the full name of the component. 

Workaround

The only workaround at this point is to click on the component to open the JQL filter to show the name of the component.
