Issue Summary

Cloning an issue that has got attachments without selecting clone attachments creates unreadable attachments in the cloned issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone an issue has got multiple attachments
2. Don't select the Clone attachments checkbox
3. Create
4. Refresh
5. Examine the cloned ticket

Expected Results

No attachments in the cloned issue

Actual Results

Unreadable attachments in the issue that cant be loaded

No attachments found in the backend database

Workaround

Manually delete the corrupted files so the users don't get confused.
