      Issue Summary

When pasting certain URLs in a comment, the actual hyperlink is truncated even if the text shows correctly.

This was identified on URLs that were modified by a software (ProofPoint) for inbound email security. The modified URL is correctly displayed on the ticket, however its hyperlink is truncated and unaccessible.

      Steps to Reproduce

Copy the link (Right click -> Copy, not Copy Link Text) and paste into a comment. Then click the hyperlink > Edit. Note that the text is correct while the hyperlink URL is truncated.

      OR

Copy and paste as text, click on the link or leave your mouse over it.

      Expected Results

The hyperlink shouldn't be truncated and should be accessible, as the comment URL is.

      Actual Results

The URL hyperlink is truncated and may result in an invalid link.

      Workaround

      • You can select and copy the comment URL and manually paste it on our browser.
      • The hyperlink can be viewed and edited manually by clicking on the link while the editor is open and selecting the "Edit link" option. On Chrome, a potential workaround is to copy the link via right click > "Copy Link Address", then pasting it into the editor.
