Ability to perform additional actions on backlog or obtain the JQL query to get the backlog issues

Users would benefit from the ability to perform filter actions on the backlog issues of a board, for example, exporting them, ordering them by a specific field or any other actions available for JQL results.

This can be achieved by adding this options in the backlog section of a board or by providing users with a means to translate the backlog to a JQL search in which the above mentioned actions can be performed.
