Issue Summary

When viewing attachment of type "text", the first three lines get hidden behind the preview header. This does not help as we are unable to view all the information,

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert a attachment of type .txt on an issue
2. Open the attachment

Expected Results

You should be able to see all the text lines clearly

Actual Results

The first three lines get overridden by the preview header that displays the attachment name. This is applicable for any text files including code (py, sql, js, java, json, ect...)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
