Issue Summary

When creating a custom type sub-task from the parent issue, the create issue screen takes the default sub-task issue type instead of the custom sub-task.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Include a custom sub-task to a project issue type scheme.
2. Create a Sub-task from a parent issue using the "+" option (screen 1).

Expected Results

The custom type sub-task issue should be created.

Actual Results

Default sub-task issue is created (screen2).

Workaround

Please be mindful in selecting the custom type sub-task from the create issue screen.
