Unable to Add System fields to Create Link issue screen

The Epic fields are locked by default. Fields such as "Epic Name", "Epic Link", "Epic Status". It is not possible to make the field Mandatory in the field configuration.

Since the Create Link issue screen is not editable, unable to add the system field without making the field as Mandatory.

Suggested Solution

Allow systems fields to be added to create a linked issue screen without setting the field as Mandatory.
