Improve smart links - add further display options to link preferences

Currently, the smart link on the new issue view is including the issue summary as well and it sometimes confuses the comment.

So, it would be awesome to have that feature as it is on the old issue view, only issuekey+status.

Also, if there are many smart links sometimes it doesn't load properly or doesn't convert the reference to a smart link.
