The search field for assignee in the create issue form doesn't recognise the character é as e. 

But the field on an issue does.

I have screenshots.

We have a colleague with the name Corné, When I search for Corne in the create issue form it doesn't come up with Corné, When searching for Corn is does pop up.

But when I search for Corne in the issue itself, it does come up with Corné. Even when i am searching with the e instead of the é.
