Issue Summary

There is a chance that when migrating from Server which had the local language set to German, when moved to Cloud with an English localisation, does not change the Jira events' language. This impacts xml imports from Jira Server 5.x

Expected Results

After the movement/migration, the events in Cloud should also be in English language, irrespective of the source language which was set in Server.

Actual Results

The Events are seen with the language set in the server environment only.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
