Issue Summary
When using JQL Basic search to search between dates the last date is not seen.
(because by default these are at time 00:00).
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to search issues
- Use basic search and search for created on 1/01/2021 to 31/01/2021
Expected Results
Seeing cases from 01/01/2021 to 31/01/2021
Actual Results
Seeing cases from 01/01/2021 to 30/01/2021
Workaround
Use the date after the last date you want to catch in the filter search
