Help section shows blank screen when accessing plugin section

      When accessing a plugin on Jira and if the user clicks on Help section, a blank screen is shown: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gu1JgKP

      Expected results

      The help icon should not be shown or Jira help information should be shown, the same that appears when accessing another Jira section.
