Issue Summary

When a numbered list is added under a bullet list, the numbers are changed from 1, 2, 3 to a, b, c, and so on.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On any ticket using the new issue view, click to add a bullet list.
2. After hitting enter, press tab to create the first level and change it to a numbered list.

Expected Results

The first item is a bullet and the other items, numbers the same as shown on the preview.

Actual Results

The numbered list is changed to a, b, c, and so on.

Workaround

Use a list without levels, for now.
