Issue Summary

During the "External System import" process with CSV, we see the error messages appearing as "XSRF security token missing". We have quite a few issues reported with the same error for various reasons.

In case of import process, we have identified this error to occur when we import more than 1000 issues. However, this also occurs even though we do not have 1000 issues.

On investigating further, we identified that it is due to the "misconfiguration in the configuration file uploaded". Removing the configuration file/remove the fields mapping fixed the issue.

This solution could not be related to the error message that we get on screen.

Expected Results

Error messages should be more related to the actual problem. Ideally, in this scenario, it should have been erroring out when the configuration file was uploaded. There should be a scanning mechanism checking the authenticity of the file.
