- When using the advanced issue search and exporting to a Google Sheet, the user (Basic) will get redirected to a screen to authorize the app (Example: Jira for Spreadsheets)
- After that, the connection is shown on the Connected Apps section on admin.atlassian.com
- The site-admin has control and can revoke those connections by navigating to https://admin.atlassian.com/s/CLOUDID/user-connected-apps
- But the fact is a basic user has the ability to integrate apps without ORG or site-admin member approval
However, all those apps are from Atlassian and the customer is not being billed by them.
