Degraded performance in Jira using Safari browser

Issue Summary

Performance issue when viewing Jira issue via popup in Safari browser.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Safari 14.0.3 or later.
2. Go to a board and click on an issue.

Expected Results

Popup loads within a reasonable time.

Actual Results

The popup will be shown after some time.

Workaround

Use a different browser while this is being fixed.

OR

Workaround for Safari:

1. Open an issue in your Jira Board
2. At the top right of the issue you’ll see a meatball button that opens a dropdown next to the X.
3. At or near the bottom of the dropdown menu you’ll find an option titled “Open issues in sidebar”, click this.
4. Your issues should now load the same way they do in the Jira Backlog, on the right side of the page.
