Adding a Gear Icon "⚙️" to the Shortcuts does not replace correctly the default one

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a shortcut from your Project by adding the gear emoji:

Expected Results

Replace the default Icon as it happens when adding other emojis

Actual Results

It will not replace the default one and show next to the shortcut title:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
