Downloading a .eml attachment doesn't work in new issue view on Chrome/Edge

      Issue Summary

      Trying to download an .eml attachment on the new issue view will not send the request when you use Chrome or Edge as browsers.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. upload an .eml file to your ticket
      2. try to download from Chrome or Edge when using the new issue view

      Expected Results

      It should download

      Actual Results

      it doesn't send the request

      Workaround

      • Switch the old issue view to download or use Firefox.
      • Click the three dots and select Download All
