Currently it is not possible to hide 3 fields that appear during the issue creation of Next-gen projects: Flagged, Linked issues and Restricted to. These fields are optional and unlike other default fields, these fields cannot be removed from the issue type fields (like Assignee and Reporter).

The suggestion is to allow removing these fields from the issue creation/view as well.
