Disable back button in a screen tab in new issue view until the required field is poulated

Problem Definition

If there is a required field in a tab, the user deletes the value an error message is shown. But if the user is able to go back without entering a value in a required field. The field stays empty.

Suggested Solution

When the user deletes the value the back button should be disabled. Until the required field is filled in the tab.

Why this is important

The error message is shown as of now only within the tab. But going back keeps the field empty without anyone knowing. Until a user goes back to check. There is no indication on the main screen as well that a required field a tab is yet to be filled.
