      Issue Summary

In Jira cloud, some attachments are seen to be stored with filesize as 0 but stored with filesize > 0 in the media service. This causes a problem when exporting data from Jira cloud and importing the data in Jira server.

The attachment size is shown as 0.0KB in the Jira cloud UI, however, the attachment is accessible.

      Steps to Reproduce

      NA

      Expected Results

JIRA Cloud saves the exact size of the attachment (in bytes) in the filesize column of fileattachment db table. This will ensure that the backup generated for JIRA Server contains the right values for all the attachments.

      Actual Results

JIRA Cloud saves some attachments with 0 bytes as the filesize.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
