Issue Summary
Attach an image on comments on the new issue view shows it not resized on the emails sent.

Steps to Reproduce
- Access a Jira issue in the new issue view
- Upload/paste/drop a large image to the comment field and it will be ok on the new issue view
- Visualize it in the notification email sent.
Expected Results
- The image is resized automatically and it shows up in a friendly and clear way to ensure a good User Experience.
OR
- As it used to be in the old issue view, the image shows up as thumbnail.
Actual Results
- The image shows up unreasonably large.
Workaround
- Upload the image only using old issue view so that the |thumbnail! key is added.
- For non JSM(aka JSD) emails, this issue exists only in old email templates. By default, we use new email templates, But there are few scenarios where we still use old ones. And they are:
- Custom domain: In project settings -> notification schemes -> notification email, if the email address does not end with atlassian.net, then we use old templates.
- Custom from name: In General configuration -> Email from field, If the value is not `${fullname} (Jira)` then we fallback to old email templates.
- Avoid the above two scenarios to start using new email templates.
