Ability to search using the custom field options ID for Single and Multi choice custom field in JQL

      Suggestion

      As of now, Jira allows JQL to search using the Option ID only for the Select List (Cascading) custom field type.

      A similar ability should be provided for Select List (single choice) and Select List (multi-choice).
