Steps to Reproduce

1. Disconnect from Atlassian's network if connected.
2. Open DevTools.
3. Switch tot he Console tab.
4. Load a Jira issue page.
5. Observe the contents of the Console tab.

Expected Results

The Console tab is fairly clear.

Actual Results

The console tab has a vast number of messages such as DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://statlas.prod.atl-paas.net/jira-frontend-source-...
