      Issue Summary

      Favicon doesn't work on Safari browser.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Created a Favicon from <Atlassian URL>/secure/admin/LookAndFeel!default.jspa
      2. Access the site from Safari browser and the favicon doesn't appear.

      Expected Results

      favicon should appear.

      Actual Results

      Favicon is missing.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
