Currently, we do not have the ability to search for jira issues that were marked as incomplete when the sprint was completed.

Sprint report provides the ability to view the issues marked as incomplete in that sprint, however, with JQL we would be able to fetch incomplete issues from multiple sprints and also provide a time duration.
