Problem Definition

Long names of the projects are not displayed in full to select from, when customer tries to create a ticket from outside of the project. 

Suggested Solution

A feature to expand the project name field box or to display the project name with hovering of mouse on it.

Why this is important

Customers finds it difficult to select the correct project to create a ticket as there are multiple project names that start with same sequence words, but have different ending. Customer feedback was that it is tedious to click on project name filed each time to manually make sure he is choosing the correct project to create the ticket in.
