Availability to hide/enable third-party apps to show by Project, as not all users should have access to view or use them, and they are shown on the left-side panel and also on the top right corner of the project boards.

We know that third-party apps are not controlled by Atlassian but on Confluence the left-side panel for spaces is customizable, and this could be implemented also for Jira.
